About me!
Originally from South Africa, I moved to Scotland in 2010. Having spent most of my career in the Corporate world, I knew it was time for a change. During the Pandemic, I volunteered part time for a Grief Charity as a support worker and felt a special calling to help people in their journey with grief and loss. This led me to retrain through Borders College and received my Higher National Diploma in Counselling in 2023.
I have experience working for a Children's and Young People's Mental Health charity in the Scottish Borders and have gained invaluable experience working with different age groups, as well as working with various presenting conditions.
